7th Annual Federal Communications Commission & National Congress of American Indians Tribal Leader Dialogue

On Thursday, March 4, the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), in partnership with NCAI, will host the 7th annual FCC-NCAI Tribal Dialogue. There have been important telecommunication policy developments for tribal governments over the past year, making this dialogue timely and significant. Among the issues proposed for discussion are: 
 

  •   Impacts of the National Broadband Plan for Tribal Nations
  •   Implementing New FCC Tribal Priority Procedures for Broadcast Licensing 
  •   Accessing Wireless Spectrum for Services on Tribal Lands
  •   Effective Communication with the FCC on Tribal Community Issues
